Vintage mid-century teak dining set by AH McIntosh & Co in Kirkcaldy Scotland, a cleverly designed set that features a round butterfly leaf table and six matching chairs that tuck away under the tabletop, up against the table apron. The front legs of the chairs are narrow, and the front of the seats are rounded so they fit underneath when pushed in all the way. The seats and backs are padded and covered with the original black vinyl. This set looks amazing and is neat and compact, ideal for a small space or just for a desired minimalistic look. The table seats four when round or the top opens in the middle to unfold an incorporated leaf, which transforms it into an oval that seats six. Table retains the A.H. McIntosh label. Very good vintage condition with some minor wear to the teak and a few marks on the vinyl, but no cuts or holes.
Round table is 44.75" diameter, 62" long with leaf, 29" high. Chairs are 18.25" wide in the back and about 13" wide in the front, 18.25" deep, 28" high, 18" seat height.
