Set of four authentic Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen Series 7 chairs in beech with chrome legs. These iconic chairs were designed in 1955 and this particular set was made in 1998. Constructed from nine layers of pressure-molded veneer with two layers of cotton textile between each, for strength, flexibility, and durability despite its slender form. Each chair is fully labeled, made in Denmark by Fritz Hansen. Excellent vintage condition with only minor wear for age and use. Most of the legs have large black caps; three legs just have small black caps on the feet.
18" wide at the seats, 19.5" wide at the widest point in the backs, 20.5" deep, 31" high, 17.5" seat height.
