B.P. John mid-century dining set consisting of a round dining table with three 12" leaves and six matching chairs. This vintage set is dark brown walnut with cane seat backs and removable black seat covers on the chairs, two armchairs and four side chairs. The veneer on the round tabletop has an attractive pattern in four quadrants, and there are brass caps on the table and the front legs of the chairs. The round table seats four and converts to an oval with the addition of one, two or three leaves to seat up to eight comfortably. The set was made circa 1960's and table is stamped made by B.P. John in Portland, Oregon. Very good vintage condition with light wear for age and use.
48" diameter, the length extends to 60", 72", and 84". 29.25" high. The armchairs are 23.25" wide, 20.75" deep, 33" high, and 18.5" seat height. The side chairs are 19.5" wide, 20" deep, 33" high, and 18.25" seat height.
