Barb Hertel Raku pottery vase with cut outs and raised ceramic figures. It has an interesting shape, almost like a flying saucer. It is dark brown to black, with off white to cream accents and several different textures. The bottom is iridescent with more color, but that is not seen from the side or top. Signed on the bottom.
