Vintage expandable dining table and chair set. The table is a cool shape between a rectangle and an oval. It is wider in the center than at the edges and the table top is beveled down at the edges. The two leaves store easily inside the table and one simply needs to pull on one side of the table and both sides of the top open smoothly. It has a split pedestal base which is stationary. Both the table and chairs are cherry but the color is very similar to teak. The chairs are a set of six, designed by Benny Linden. There are two arm chairs and four side chairs. All have been recovered a while back with black fabric and some have spots on the fabric. Both the table and chairs show cosmetic signs of wear but are sturdy and functional.
Table is 63" long and 41" wide at the widest point and 36.75" wide at the ends. It is 28.5" high, each leaf adds 18.75" so fully extended it is just over 100" long.
