Sideboard with bookcase designed by Borge Mogensen for Karl Andersson & Sonner, Øresund model, made in Sweden. It consists of a pedestal base underneath a sliding door cabinet with a bookcase with eight interior shelves behind sliding doors. All shelves are fully height adjustable and interchangeable. Behind each door of the cabinet base is deep shelf. The cabinets are oak and the sliding doors are teak. This was designed in 1955 and made in the late 1950s, one label is still attached to the back of another piece from this wall unit set that already sold. It is very sturdy and well made but shows considerable wear, mostly in the form of fading, scratches, marks, and chips to the veneer.

53" wide, 18.25" deep at the bottom sideboard section, 14.25" deep at the top hutch section, 73.5" high.
