Danish Modern rosewood two-piece bookcase / secretary providing ample storage space without taking up much floor space. This is a quality piece featuring gorgeous Brazilian rosewood with book matched grain. The bottom piece sits on tapered legs and has two sliding doors opening to two cabinet spaces. One space has a single height adjustable shelf, while the other side has a shelf and two shallow felt lined, finger jointed drawers. The top unit has an adjustable upper shelf, great for use as a bookcase. Below is a drop-down door with a lock and key. Inside are four-height adjustable shelves and a finger-jointed drawer. Very good vintage condition with little wear for age and use. There is some uneven fading, a few scratches and some tiny veneer chips on the back edge.
39.5" wide, 17.25" deep at the bottom, 11" deep at the top, 70.5" total height. Bottom is 27.25" high, top is 43.25" high.
