Vintage Danish modern teak expanding dining table with split pedestal stretcher base and two leaves that store inside the table. It is nicely made with solid teak structure and top borders, beautifully book matched teak veneer top and solid wood rails. It offers some of the curves of a round table in a shape that's longer and narrower overall, a nice compromise between a round or rectangular table. It comfortably seats four without leaves, six with one leaf and eight with both leaves, and can accommodate up to ten if needed. The top slides open on wood rails to access the leaves, a task easily performed by one person. It is in very good vintage condition with some minor wear consistent with age and use. Made by D-Scan, and it retains its original label underneath.

59" long, 42" wide, 28.75" high. Each leaf adds 20", so it expands to 79" or 99".
