Danish vintage Brazilian rosewood round dining table with two large leaves that transform it into a sizable oval dining table, perfect to fit a crowd at a dinner party. It is both sturdy and beautiful, with the typical gorgeous grain par for the course for Brazilian rosewood. It sits on a split pedestal base, and a 3" apron hides the glides underneath the top. Underneath is the Danish furniture maker's quality control badge indicating that it was made in Denmark, but there is no maker mark. It is in nice vintage condition for age and use, with some light scratches, scuffs, and a couple of small chips. One leaf was not exposed to much light over the decades, so it is darker than the top, as is the rosewood base.
50.5" in diameter, each leaf adds 23.5", so with one leaf it expands to 74" and fully extended it is 97.5" long, 50.5" deep, 28.25" high.
