Beautiful teak roll top desk made in Sweden circa 1960's by Egon Ostergaard. The top opens to an open compartment which includes three small drawers and cubbies, with a slide-out writing surface. It features three full length, book-matched drawers with recessed wood pulls, dovetailed at the back. The curved roll top features nicely patterned teak veneer, as does the rest of the piece, with long wood legs to complete the mid century look. The key locks the top drawer and functions as a pull for the top, but does not actually lock the top. Makers label on the bottom. Good vintage condition, drawers and door operate very smoothly. There is some cosmetic wear including scratches and small chips in the veneer, but it still looks lovely. 35" wide, 18" deep, 38" high, 28" pull out writing surface.
