Teak roll top desk made in Sweden circa 1960's by Egon Ostergaard. The rolltop opens on to a top compartment with three small drawers and cubbies and a slide-out writing surface. It features three book-matched drawers with recessed wood pulls and dovetails in the back of the drawers. The curved roll top has four quadrants of nicely patterned teak veneer. It features long wood legs and has a key that locks the top drawer and functions as a pull for the top but does not actually lock the top. Makers mark on the bottom.
35.25" wide, 18.25" deep, 38.25" high, 28.25" pull out writing surface.
