Egon Ostergaard Teak Roll Top Secretary Desk – $1195

Egon Ostergaard cylinder roll-top Secretary teak desk, made in Sweden circa 1960's. This is a versatile piece with three large lower drawers, a slide out writing surface, and cubbyholes and small drawers that hide behind a roll top. The look is very much Danish modern with solid teak and teak veneer, square legs and carved wood pulls. It has book matched grain on the front of the rolltop and along the drawer fronts. All drawers and the roll top work well, and the lock works on the roll top but not on the top drawer. It's in very good vintage condition with some expected wear from age and use. The original label is still attached to the underside.

35.5" wide, 18.5" deep, 38.25" high. The pull-out writing desk is 28.5" high and when it is extended the overall depth is 27.25".
