Gorgeous mid-century modern teak sideboard bar by Elliott's of Newbury, made in the U.K. circa 1960's. This piece offers unique styling featuring different wood grains and textures, including zebrano wood door fronts, more subtle but still beautiful top and sides, ribbed drawer fronts with uniquely sculpted pulls, and contrasting lighter trim, stretcher base and tapered legs. It provides functional storage behind three doors, with a removable or adjustable shelf in each cabinet. The center door drops down to reveal a glass shelf, while the other two each open to the side to reveal a wooden shelf. Above each door is a corresponding shallow drawer, all of them dovetailed in the back, with the right one felt-lined with dividers for flatware. It's a nice piece in very good vintage condition with minor expected wear from age and use.
