English hand crafted antique dining table, long and narrow and ideal for narrow spaces. It is similar to a trestle table except the wood supports angle up instead of across, allowing for more legroom. It is made of solid wood with mortise and tenon joints and other clever joinery. It is very sturdy and was made to last several lifetimes. It is in very good antique condition, and quite sturdy. There is patina from years of use, with areas of cuts and scratches in the wood and places where some filler seems to have been added. At one point there is a name carved into the apron, likely by a child. There are other spots where the wood is worn away, which adds to the rustic charm of the piece.
