Erno Fabry biomorphic walnut and glass coffee table made in Italy circa mid to late 1950s for Erno Fabry Associates, which specialized in modern architectural design. This amazing piece features a spectacular organic shape, sculpted and curved offset X base and glass insert that sits flush with the solid walnut frame. Everything about this table is cool and interesting, and it is highly collectible. It's in very good vintage condition overall. It has been professionally refinished but still retains some character marks, notably a spot about the size of a coin as well as other small imperfections on the top and base. The glass has several scratches but would be easy to replace.
59" wide, 39.25" deep at the larger end, 25.25" deep at the smaller end, 16.25" high.
