This traditional Chinese watercolor was painted by Fang Eqin, President of the Chinese Artist Association, Shaanxi Branch, one of the most noted artists in China. Down the left side is calligraphy with artist red chop seals. The essence of Modern Painting exhibition label is on the back, titled "The Birds and the Flower". Painting is colorful with lots of blue and yellow colors, including birds and pears. Gallery framed with exquisite detailed frame and matting. The frame appears to be wood with carved designs and the blue matting appears to be silk. Wired in the back and ready to hang.
