Original, authentic early sofa and end table designed by Florence Knoll in the mid 1950s. It features a brushed steel frame with eight square, tubular legs and an attached walnut cabinet/table with two drawers. The vintage fabric has shades of gray, white and black and may be original. It is so cool that we don't want to take the liberty of having it changed. The sofa is very comfortable and seats a crowd. It would also double as a daybed or guest bed for visitors or for the occasional sleepover or nap in the office. Attached to the wood frame is a paper law label printed with "H. G. Knoll Products, East Greenville, PA. Overall very good vintage condition. The fabric has one tear in the front of the back and a couple of holes in the back near the steel frame. It is very comfortable, the flaws are not overly noticeable, especially if it isn't placed in the center of a room. The drawers work well and the walnut table is in great vintage condition with minimal wear.
