G-Plan Brasilia Mid-Century Dining Chairs Set of 4 – $1395

Set of four afromosia (African teak) and teak dining chairs made in the U.K. by G-Plan circa 1960's. These are from the Brasilia line, designed by Victor Bramwell Wilkins and launched in 1964. They feature afromosia frames with bentwood teak backs curved to echo the architecture of Brasilia, the capital of Brasil. Seats retain their original cream-colored vinyl, nicely padded and still quite comfortable. Frames are in good vintage condition with some expected wear from age and use.

18.25" wide at the seat, 18.75" wide at the back, 19" deep, 32.5" high, 18" seat height.
