Beautiful teak double-sided wall unit or room divider featuring a sculptural stretcher base on the front and the back, a fully finished back for use in the middle of a room, and curved teak handles. This is a wonderful one-piece unit with a dynamite design by V.B. Wilkins for G-Plan, made in the UK with a maker's stamp inside which dates it to 1964. On the front is an upper cabinet with a pull-down door and a removable glass shelf inside. Below are double cupboard doors opening to more storage space with a fixed teak shelf, and next to that are three dovetailed drawers, the top of which retains its original dividers. In the open space are three small, removable shelves, two of which are height adjustable. It is in great vintage condition with light wear to the finish for age and use.
48" wide, the lower cabinet is 18" deep, 19" deep including the handles, the upper cabinet and shelves are 10.25" deep, and it is 72" high.
