Spectacular Danish rosewood tall sideboard by G-Plan, often attributed to Ib Kofod Larsen but not marked as such. This piece features very tall legs which gracefully attach to the sides, as well as split round handles with black leather inside rosewood. The overall look is quite striking, clean mid century modern with a twist. Four doors open to reveal two interior sections, with an adjustable height shelf to the left and a fixed shelf above an open space and bank of four shallow drawers to the right. One of the drawers has removable flatware dividers, and one is more like a tray that slides out. This stunner bears the "E Gomme, G-Plan" gold stamp dating it between 1952-1965. There is some wear to the finish, including some crazing on top and some uneven fading and loss of finish on the left facing side.
75.5" wide, 20" deep, 43" high.
