Two-piece teak wall unit with a sliding door cabinet on the bottom and a bookcase cabinet on the top from the "Form Five" line by G-Plan, a range of teak modern furniture in a simple minimalist style designed by R. Bennett and introduced in 1967. It offers beautiful teak veneers, a beveled front case on a plinth base, and a good amount of both storage and display space. The base has cleverly designed sliding doors that are flush at the front and slide behind the other door on special curved tracks. The cabinet piece sits on the top, with swinging doors on the upper cabinet that open to storage space, two small drawers, one fixed height shelf and one adjustable height shelf. It is in very good vintage condition with some expected wear for age and use.
30" wide, 18" deep at the base, 10.5" deep at the top, and 78" high. The bottom piece is 19" high, and the top section is 59" high.
