G-Plan vintage teak two-piece sideboard with hutch / bar / media cabinet that offers lots of storage and a variety of uses, part of the Fresco collection from G-Plan circa early 1970's. It features beautiful teak veneers with afromosia accents, including the signature sculpted handles and gently curved borders throughout. The lower section includes three drawers above three cabinet doors, all atop a plinth base. The drawers are nicely dovetailed, and the center drawer is lined with royal purple felt and retains its original, removable flatware dividers. Each cabinet has a removable, height-adjustable interior shelf, and the center and right shelves have been altered to sit higher to accommodate record albums. The upper section simply rests on top of the lower piece, with a bar section to the left with a drop-down door and height-adjustable glass shelf inside. To the left is a wood-wrapped glass shelf that is also adjustable in height. This piece was made to last for generations, with excellent quality and craftsmanship. It is in good vintage condition with some wear, primarily on the tops of each piece. There are small holes drilled into the bottom of the hutch for cords.
56" wide, 17.5" deep, 55.75" high. The sideboard is 29.75" high, and the hutch is 11.25" deep, and 26" high.
