Beautiful vintage mid-century high back lounge chair designed by Gerhard Berg, made in Norway by L.K. Hjelle circa 1950's. This piece features a lovely form with high back, carved teak "paws" inset on the arms and tall teak legs. It has been newly reupholstered in a lightly textured orangish red fabric, with button tufting and an adjustable or removable headrest. It's a very nice piece in very good condition.
