Danish Modern rosewood sideboard by H.P. Hansen Mobelfabrik. This beauty has two large tambour doors that simply disappear into the sides of the credenza, it is a brilliant design detail that allows the piece to open completely without needing any space in the room to accommodate the doors. The doors open and close smoothly, the front is gracefully bowed and it sits on a sturdy plinth base. Inside are two shelves on each end and four finger jointed, felt lined drawers down the center. The rosewood has gorgeous grain, with some expected fading. It is in very good vintage condition and is stamped Made in Denmark on the back.
