Hans Wegner "President" teak sideboard / credenza manufactured by Ry Mobler in the 1950s or 1960s, elegant in its simplicity. The teak cabinet sits on four round tapered legs, with two long tambour doors that disappear into the sides and around the back. Brazilian handles on steel plates complete the look of this gorgeous piece. Inside is an oak interior featuring three compartments, with two height adjustable shelves on either side flanking four shallow, felt-lined adjustable drawers in the center. It's in good vintage condition for age and use. The doors glide very smoothly and the drawers function well. There are many small chips in the veneer, some of which have been previously filled and colored brown. Some of the corners have been chipped, and there are also several dents and dings, mostly on the top, sides and bottom rail in the front.
78.75" long, 19.25" deep, 31" high.
