Beautiful vintage mid-century modern teak wall unit, a versatile and functional piece made in the U.K. circa 1970's by Staples. This unit offers two locking cabinets designed to hold records, a narrow cabinet with single drawer, and three open teak shelves. It can be arranged in a variety of configurations, and it could work well for a stereo or just as a display piece. Black metal uprights sit on the floor in front and are raised in back to sit above a baseboard and be screwed into the wall, and unlike most wall units, it is short enough to allow artwork to be displayed above. Setup is relatively easy for a wall unit, and it breaks down into several pieces for easy transport. It is in good vintage condition with some wear from age and use, including some scratches to the top of the cabinets.
73" wide, 16" deep, 52" high.
