Louis XV style desk with matching chair, they are both exquisitely detailed with carvings on all sides. The desk features cabriole legs decorated with acanthus leaves, and a cream leather top with gilt trim. It has five drawers, the four on the sides have ornate brass handles while the middle top drawer opens with a key. The high back chair matches the desk in wood and style, with similar carvings. The fabric comes across as cream with a very light, pale green design. We aren't sure when or where it was made, but the quality is very good. It came out of a multi-million dollar home that had several pieces of antique French furniture.
