This ingenious "desk in a box" was made in Norway, circa 1960s. When not in use, it can fold up to hide paperwork and the normal mess of a desk. It simply unfolds to provide lots of storage space. It features a pull out writing surface, second tray beneath the writing surface, and has lots of shelves for an organized work space. The cabinet has a beautiful rosewood grain. The insides are constructed of beech wood.
Measurements when closed are 32" wide, 21." deep, 45" high. When open, it measures 64.5" wide, 28.75" deep, writing surface is 28" high. The writing surface is 55" wide x 18.5" deep.
