Vintage mid-century teak dining set by Nathan Furniture, made in the U.K. circa 1970's. This is a cleverly designed set that looks amazing and is neat and compact, ideal for a small space or just for a desired minimalistic look. It features a round table and six matching chairs, four of which tuck away under the round tabletop. The front legs of the chairs are narrow, and the front of the seats are rounded so they fit underneath when pushed in all the way. For a bigger crowd, the top opens in the middle to unfold an incorporated leaf, which transforms it into an oval that seats six. Table retains the Nathan label. Set is in very good vintage condition with some minor wear to the teak. The chairs have been reupholstered in black vinyl with new high-density foam.
Round table is 48" diameter, 66" long with leaf, 29.75" high. Chairs are 19" wide, 17" deep, 28.5" high, 18" seat height.
