Nils Jonsson for Troeds vintage 'Cican' model teak sideboard, made in Sweden circa 1960's. This piece sits on tall round tapered legs and features recessed handled double sliding doors on each side, flanking five shallow drawers in the center, the top one felt-lined. The cabinet spaces are done in light-colored beech, with a height-adjustable shelf in each, and it retains its original maker's stamp inside. Build quality is excellent, and the doors and dovetailed drawers still function smoothly. The top has been refinished, and the piece is in good vintage condition with some expected wear from age and use.
