Rare pair of mid century modern rosewood and leather lounge chairs by Brazil's most influential furniture designer, Percival Lafer. The low profile rosewood and metal frames support thick leather wrapped cushions. They have rosewood buttons on both the seats and the backrests. The armrests are held in place by chrome rods that contrast with the rosewood, the seats are held up in the back by thick chrome brackets. Frames are in very good vintage condition and leather is distressed. Each chair has a Lafer MP label.
