Rosewood desk by Peter Lovig Nielsen and Jens Quistgaard, made in Denmark. It has an innovative design with a hinged top that flips down, expanding the work surface to accommodate another person on the other side in a partner desk style. There are four smoothly working drawers with interesting wood handles on one side, and plenty of small storage spaces on both sides of the desk. This particular desk was made in 1970 and has recently had some refinish and restoration work done. It still has some patina and is not perfect but it is gorgeous and quite a statement piece. Lovig Dansk Design and 1970 stamps on the underside.

63.75" wide, 28.75" deep, 29" high, 34.25" high at the back, when the top piece is flipped over it is 38" deep.
