Ron Rezek modern floor lamp with an adjustable head that swivels 360 degrees, enabling it to function as a torchiere, downward facing light, or as a spotlight. It has a dimmer switch on the top for low to bright light. It has a round base with space for the cord, a tall rectangular shaft, and a hooded light, all made of metal with a black finish. The Ron Rezek label is present on the bottom with the Culver City, California address. It is in very good working condition. There is a small area where the paint is chipped off on the top of the shade.
