Large Danish modern round expandable dining table made in Denmark by Skovmand and Andersen, imported by MM Moreddi. This beauty has recently been refinished and has a very pretty grain with interesting patterns that looks great with walnut, teak, and other woods. Two 24" leaves transform this large round into a very large oval shape, providing seating for a crowd. They fit great but are noticeably darker than the table. The four legs simply screw into the top, making storage and transport easier and safer. On the bottom is a sticker with the Danish Furniture Control logo that also reads Skovmand & Andersen, made in Denmark. There is also the burned-in branding mark for MM Moreddi. Table is in very good vintage condition with a few small blemishes that remain after refinishing.
58.25" diameter, 28.5" high, each leaf adds 24", so with one leaf it is 82.25" long, and fully extended it is 106.25" long, 58.25" deep, 28.5" high.
