Striking hand-blown art glass floor vase in a bold, sculptural form with a vibrant yellow ground and swirling ribbons of blue, red, orange, green, and black. The elongated silhouette features a flared, undulating rim and a dramatic baluster-style profile with a decorative applied transparent glass collar at the midpoint, giving it strong presence and movement from every angle. The glasswork has a fluid, almost lava-like quality, with layered color trails and subtle internal patterning that shifts beautifully in the light. The scale makes this an ideal statement piece for a corner, entryway, or pedestal. Signed and dated (2003). At the time of acquisition, we were told this piece was made by a Pilchuck artist. Very good vintage condition. Light surface wear consistent with age, including minor scuffs to the base and a few small specks within the glass from the making process. No chips or cracks observed.

11” wide, 11” deep, 34” high.
