Vintage mid-century teak secretary desk made in the U.K. by Sutcliffe Furniture for its S-Form line circa early 1970's, featuring sculpted teak door and drawer pulls, book-matched grain and rounded legs. At the top is a slanted drop-down door that opens to become the desktop, with organizational cubbies inside for storage of smaller items. Below the top door is a single dovetailed drawer, with a pair of doors below that opening to storage space with a single removable shelf. The legs provide room for one's feet while sitting at the desk. There is a lock for the top part with key that doubles as a handle. Good vintage condition with some expected wear from age and use.
33" wide, 16" deep, the top tapers to 10" deep, 40.5" high, writing surface is 29" high.
