Tendo Mokko "Heron" Rocking Chair and matching ottoman. Designed by Mitsumasa Sugasawa for Tendo Mokko, circa 1960's. This is an amazing design, featuring flowing bentwood frame and ribbed upholstery. The set has been recently reupholstered in a vintage fabric, off white with random lines of color, very neutral. Frame shows minor wear to the finish but is structurally sound with no major dents or dings.
Chair 22.5" wide, 32" deep, 35" high, seat height 17.5". Ottoman 22" wide, 15.5" deep, 16" high.
