Three piece stacking tansu chest made in Japan circa 1920's, a very lightweight piece made for storing clothing. The bottom section has two deep drawers, the middle section has three drawers and the top piece has two small drawers, two sliding doors and one cabinet door with and interior shelf. Hardware on the sides functions as brackets to hold upper pieces in place, as well as handles for easy carrying.
35.5" wide, 15.25" deep, 61" high.
