A handsome vintage oak rocking chair with strong Arts & Crafts and Mission style character. This piece features a solid oak frame with broad flat arms and beautifully woven cane panels at the back and seat. The warm oak grain is especially attractive across the arms and frame, giving the chair a sturdy yet refined presence. The chair has been fitted with new, custom leather cushions in a rich saddle brown tone with contrasting black piping, adding comfort while complementing the warmth of the oak. The combination of cane, oak, and leather gives this rocker an inviting, timeless look that works beautifully in Craftsman, rustic, traditional, lodge, or eclectic interiors. In very good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear to the oak frame, including scattered surface marks, finish wear, and small blemishes consistent with use, most notably on one arm. Cane is intact and presents well. New leather cushions are in excellent condition. A sturdy and attractive vintage piece overall.
