Vintage mid-century modern walnut highboy dresser with four drawers, including three standard-depth and one double-depth great for bulky items like sweaters. The cabinet sits on a stretcher base with tapered legs. Drawers are dovetailed with two distinctive styles of handles; inset, small round, pulls on the upper drawers and long, sculpted handles on the lower drawers. The walnut grain is nicely figured and quite beautiful, particularly the lower handles. Made in America, circa the 1960s. Stamped on the back is "Ward Furn. Mfg. Co.". Good vintage condition with some scratches and small dings.
