Interesting pair of mahogany armchairs with north wind face carvings on the back of each. These high back carved chairs have a somewhat curule style. The seats are curved up at the sides and are surprisingly comfortable without a cushion. They have great lines and a majestic look. They would be a fun addition to many spaces and were built to last generations. Very good vintage condition, very sturdy, excellent structural condition. Some discoloration throughout, notably worn on hand rests. Some scratches, just moderate cosmetic wear for age and use.
